Our return policy covers returns of most products in new, unused condition, with tags still attached, up to 10 days after delivery. We reserve the right not to offer refunds on items returned with obvious use.  We do not offer exchanges or refunds on sale items: Please note that all sale or discounted items (including items purchased with a discount code) are final sale. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If we’ve made a mistake, we’ll fix it. If your product was damaged or broken during shipping just give us a call at 360-342-8320 or email us at shop.finishingtouch@outlook.com and we’ll walk you through how to get your full refund. We will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged products. Please take photos of any packaging and/or items that were damaged during shipping to help us ensure you get your full refund.  Items must be claimed via email or by telephone within 10 days of delivery.

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Do you need a different size or color? We’d absolutely love to help! Contact our team and we’ll see if we have the item you’d like to exchange in stock, and we’ll walk you through the exchange process. (Please note: the customer is responsible for shipping on exchanges).
